Hidden Trail Partners is a collection of very accomplished senior executives from various backgrounds who have joined together to provide their collective experience and wisdom to companies in need of assistance.
Although the primary focus is on helping companies that have either lost their way or have yet to find their way, our expertise extends well beyond the realm of startups and turnarounds.
The Origin
Our name comes from the extreme hiking journeys that co-founder Jon Hopper regularly completes. A 4 to 10-day extreme hiking journey requires a well-thought-out plan and experience navigating similar terrain. Jon learned these skills, first from his father, and then from his Army training. There is no substitute for the forty years actually doing these hikes.
The Hidden Trail Partners have been similarly trained by some of the best, early in their careers. Delbert by GE, Paul’s original training came from public accounting, and Jon’s from his military background and from having excellent mentors early in his business career. Combined with their collective ninety-plus years of actually doing the work, the partners of HTP can guide you to a successful journey without the pains and pitfalls of learning on the journey.
